PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983 - REGULATION
(Relating to information about consultants in

the financial statements of statutory bodies)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Finance and Audit (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985
is amended by inserting after clause 4 (1) (j) the following paragraph:
(j1) the total amounts paid or becoming payable to
consultants engaged by the statutory body (other than the
Public Trustee, the Government Insurance Office or the

Senate or Council of a university) during the financial

year;

EXPLANATORYNOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Public Finance and Audit (Statutory Bodies) Regulation 1985 to provide that the financial statements prepared by statutory bodies for a financial year are to include information concerning the total amounts paid or payable to consultants.
