(Relating to information about consultants in the

financial statements of Departments)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Finance and Audit (Departments) Regulation 1986 is

amended:

(a) by inserting at the end of clause 3 (1) (b) (i) the word "and";

(b) by inserting at the end of clause 3 (1) (b) (iii) the following word and subparagraph:

and

(iv)       the total amounts paid or becoming payable during the financial year to consultants engaged by or on behalf of the Department.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Public Finance and Audit

(Departments) Regulation 1986 to provide that the financial statements prepared by

Departments for a financial year are to include information concerning the total
amounts paid or payable to consultants.
