PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—REGULATION

(Relating to the audit of Uniprojects Pty Limited, the Universities Admissions

Centre (NSW & ACT) Pty Limited and CULAS Limited)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Finance and Audit (General) Regulation 1995 is amended

by inserting at the end of clause 19 (1) the following paragraphs:

(t) Uniprojects Pty Limited;
(u) Universities Admissions Centre (NSW & ACT) Pty Limited;

(v) CULAS Limited.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to enable the Auditor-General, if requested to do so by the relevant Minister, to inspect and audit the accounts and records of financial transactions of or relating to Uniprojects Pty Limited, the Universities Admissions Centre (NSW & ACT) Pty Limited and CULAS Limited.

This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1984, including

sections 44 (1) and 64 (the general regulation-making power).
