His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

The object of this Regulation is to remove the references to the Department of Education and Training and the TAFE Commission from the list of Departments to which Division 4A of Part 3 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 applies. That Division relates to the keeping of accounts by Departments and the inspection and audit of those accounts.

A reference to the Department (including the TAFE Commission) is to be added to the list by proclamation under section 45B of that Act.

This Regulation is made under section 45B of the Public Finance and Audit
Act 1983.

2 Amendment of Public Finance and Audit Act 1983

Schedule 1.
