The object of this Regulation is to relieve the HomeFund Commissioner's Office from obligations relating to the keeping of accounts and the inspection and audit of those accounts under Division 4A of Part 3 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

This Regulation is made under section 45B of the Public Finance and Audit
Act 1983.

2 Amendment of Public Finance and Audit Act 1983
