1983.

Explanatory Note
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe Superannuation Services Company Pty Limited as a statutory body for the purposes of Division 4 of Part 3 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983. This prescription will allow the Auditor-General to inspect and audit the accounts and records of financial transactions of or relating to the statutory body and the records of or relating to assets of or in the custody of the body.
This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including sections 44 and 64 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Public Finance and Audit (General) Amendment (Superannuation Services Co Pty Ltd) Regulation 1999.

The Public Finance and Audit (General) Regulation 1995 is
amended by inserting in appropriate order in clause 19 (1):

(ag) Superannuation Services Company Pty Limited.
