| Explanatory note |
| The object of this Regulation is to enable the Auditor-General, if requested to do so by the Treasurer, to inspect and audit the accounts and records of financial transactions concerning the Bligh Park Estate Joint Venture. |
| This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including sections 44 (1) and 64 (the general regulation making power). |
