His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to remove the Australian Intercollegiate Meat Judging Association from the list of statutory bodies to which Division 4 of Part 3 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 applies (relating to the particular audit of such bodies).

This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including section 64 (the general regulation-making power).

The Public Finance and Audit (General) Regulation 1995 is amended by omitting clause 19 (1) (w).
