His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Finance and Audit Act I983.

The object of this Regulation is to prescribe the Kings Bay Five Dock Project as a statutory body for the purposes of Division 4 of Part 3 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983. This prescription will allow the Auditor-General to inspect and audit the accounts and records of financial transactions of or relating to the statutory body and the records of or relating to assets of or in the custody of the body.
This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including sections 44 and 64 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Public Finance and Audit (General)
Amendment (Kings Bay Five Dock Project) Regulation 1998.

2 Amendment of Public Finance and Audit (General) Regulation 1995

The Public Finance and Audit (General) Regulation 1995 is amended by inserting the following at the end of clause 19 (1):

(af) Kings Bay Five Dock Project, being the joint venture for

the development of an Urban Design Project at Five Dock.
