His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to enable the Auditor-General, if requested to do so by the Minister for the Environment, to inspect and audit the accounts and records of financial transactions of or relating to the Trustee Committee Fund of the Urban Catchment Management Committees (as established by the Environment Protection Authority).

This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including sections 44 and 64 (the general regulation making power).

1 Name of Regulation

The Public Finance and Audit (General) Regulation 1995 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Insert after clause 19 (2) (g):

(h) Trustee Committee Fund of the Urban Catchment Management Committees.
