His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to enable the Auditor-General, if requested to do so by the Minister for Agriculture, to inspect and audit the accounts and records of financial transactions concerning the Belgenny Farm Agricultural Heritage Centre Trust.

This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including sections 44 and 64 (the general regulation making power).

1. Name of Regulation

   This Regulation is the Public Finance and Audit (General)
   Amendment (Belgenny Farm) Regulation 1997.

2. Amendment of Public Finance and Audit (General) Regulation 1995

   The Public Finance and Audit (General) Regulation 1995 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

3. Notes

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.
