Act 1983—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act by inserting in alphabetical order of Departments the following matter:

Office of the Children’s Guardian Children’s Guardian

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to update Schedule 3 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 as a consequence of the establishment of the Office of the Children’s Guardian.
