Act 1983—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 to that Act (Departments):

(a)	by inserting in alphabetical order of departments the following matter:
Department of Ageing, Disability and Director-General of the Department

Home Care

(b) by omitting the matter relating to the Ageing and Disability Department.
