No 152—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 (Statutory bodies) to that Act by inserting in alphabetical order:

Hawkesbury-Nepean Catchment Management Trust

Hunter Catchment Management Trust

Explanatory note

The object of this proclamation is to apply the accounting requirements for statutory bodies under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 to two Catchment Management Trusts established under the Catchment Management Act 1989.
