1983—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 to that Act (Departments) by inserting in alphabetical order of Departments the following matter:

Office of the Co-ordinator	Co-ordinator General of Rail
General of Rail

Explanatory note
The object of this proclamation is to update Schedule 3 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 as
a consequence of the establishment of the Office of Co-ordinator General of Rail.

This proclamation is made under section 45B (1) of the Act.
