1983—Proclamation

JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN,

By Deputation from His Excellency the Governor

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South

Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40

(1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation,

amend Schedule 2 (Statutory bodies) to that Act by omitting the words “New

South Wales Financial Institutions Commission”.

Explanatory note

The object of this proclamation is to remove the name of the recently dissolved New South Wales Financial Institutions Commission from the list of statutory bodies in Schedule 2 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

This proclamation is made under section 40 (1) of that Act.
