PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 to that Act:

(a)	by omitting from that Schedule the matter relating to the Department of Consumer Affairs;
(b)	by inserting in alphabetical order in that Schedule the following matter:
Department of Fair Trading Director-General of the

Department

(c) by omitting from Column 2 of that Schedule in the matter relating to the Department of Sport and Recreation the word “Director” and by inserting instead the word “Director-General”.
