By deputation from His Excellency the Governor.

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act by omitting the matter relating to the Olympic Co-ordination Agency.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to remove from Schedule 3 (Departments) to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 the matter relating to the Olympic Co-ordination Agency which was abolished by the Olympic Co-ordination Authority Act 1995.
