By Deputation from His Excellency the Governor.

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act

by omitting the name “Ministry for Police and Emergency Services” and

by inserting instead the name “Ministry for Police”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 by giving effect to the change of the name of the Ministry of Police and Emergency Services to the Ministry for Police.
