By deputation from His Excellency the Governor.

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend column 1 of Schedule 3 to that Act (Departments) by omitting the words “Department of Aged and Disability Services” and by inserting instead the words “Ageing and Disability Department”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to update the list of departments in Schedule 3 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 to reflect the recent change in the name of the Ageing and Disability Department.
