PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor.

I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman, Lieutenant-Governor of the State
of New South Wales. with the advice of the Executive Council, and in

pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act by inserting in appropriate alphabetical order the following matter in Columns 1 and 2 respectively:

Department of Land and Water	Director-General of the Department
Conservation (not including State Valuation Office)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to provide that the keeping, inspection and audit of the accounts of the Department of Land and Water Conservation is not to include the accounts of the State Valuation Office.
