PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 ( 1 ) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 (Statutory bodies) to that Act by omitting the words “Administrator of the South–west Tablelands Water Supply.".
