PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales. with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 (1) (c) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 (Statutory bodies) to that Act by omitting the matter "Property Services Council.”.

EXPLANATORY	NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to omit a redundant reference to the Property Services Council from the list of statutory bodies in Schedule 2 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983. The Act under which the Council was constituted was repealed by the Fair Trading Legislation Amendment Act 1997.
