I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B ( l ) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act by inserting in appropriate alphabetical order in that Schedule the following matter in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:

Department of Education and Training	Director-General of the Department and
(including TAFE Commission)	Managing Director of the Commission

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to provide that the keeping, inspection and audit of the accounts of the Department of Education and Training is to include the accounts of the TAFE Commission.
