PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

Gordon Samuels, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 39 (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 to that Act by inserting in alphabetical order “Fair Trading Administration Corporation”.
