PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act:

(a)	by omitting from Schedule 3 the matter relating to the Public Employment Office,
(b)	by inserting in alphabetical order the following matter in Columns 1 and 2 respectively:
Ministry of Urban Infrastructure Director of the Ministry

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to the Public

Finance and Audit Act 1983:

(a)	to remove a redundant reference to the Public Employment Office, and
(b)	to include a reference to a recently created department.

This Proclamation is made under section 45B (1) of the Act. (1)
