PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION
Gordon Samuels, Governor.
I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 (Statutory Bodies) to that Act by inserting in alphabetical order in that Schedule the following names:
Council of the City of Gosford, being a Water Supply Authority listed in the Water Supply Authorities Act 1987
Schedule 1 to the Water Supply Authorities Act 1987

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Proclamation is to make the Council of the City of Gosford and the Council of Wyong, being Water Supply Authorities listed in Schedule 1 to the Water Supply Authorities Act 1987, subject to the obligations relating to the keeping of accounts and the inspection and audit of those accounts under Division 3 of Part 3 of the Public
Finance and Audit Act 1983. As a consequence of being added to the list of statutory bodies in Schedule 2 to that Act, the Authorities will also be subject to the reporting requirements under the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act 1984.
