PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

Gordon Samuels, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 40 (1) (b) and 45B (1) (b) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	amend Schedule 2 (Statutory Bodies) to that Act by omitting the name “New Darling Harbour Authority” and by inserting instead the name “Darling Harbour Authority”,
(b)	amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act by omitting from Column 2 of that Schedule in the matter relating to the Department of Urban Affairs and Planning the words “Director of Planning” and by inserting instead the words “Director-General of the Department”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to amend Schedule 2 (Statutory Bodies) and Schedule 3 (Departments) to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 to update certain references.
