PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

Gordon Samuels, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 (Statutory Bodies) to that Act by omitting the words “Government Pricing Tribunal” and by inserting instead the words “Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to update a change of name of a statutory body listed in Schedule 2 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 from the Government Pricing Tribunal to the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal.
