PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION
Gordon Samuels Governor.
I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 40 (1) (b) and 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend that Act:
(a)
by omitting from Schedule 2 the words ‘‘Barristers Admission Board constituted by the Legal Profession Act 1987.” and the words “Solicitors Admission Board constituted by the Legal Profession Act 1987.”;
(b)
by inserting in alphabetical order in Schedule 2 the words “Legal Practitioners Admission Board constituted by the Legal Profession Act 1987.”;
(c)
by inserting in alphabetical order of Departments in Schedule 3 the following matter:
Heritage Office Director of the Office

Public Finance and Audit Act 1983—Proclamation
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The objects of this Proclamation are:
| (a) | to amend Schedule 2 (Statutory bodies) to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 |
so as to update references to two redundant bodies, and
| (b) | to amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act so as to include a reference to a recently created Department. |
