PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—REGULATION

(Relating to the audit of the Australian Intercollegiate bleat Judging Association)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Co ouncil. ,

and in pursuance of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, has	been
pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Finance and Audit (General) Regulation 1995 is amended

by inserting in clause 19 (1) as paragraph (w) the following:

(W) Australian Intercollegiate Meat Judging Association.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to enable the Auditor-General, if requested to do so by the relevant Minister, to inspect and audit the accounts and records of financial transactions concerning the Australian Intercollegiate Meat Judging Association.

This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including

sections 44 (1) and 64 (the general regulation making power).
