PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 to that Act:

(a) by omitting from that Schedule the matter relating to the following Departments:

Department of Business and Regional Development

Department of State Development

(b) by inserting in alphabetical order in that Schedule the following matter:

Department of State and Director-General of the

Regional Development Department

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 to update certain references as a consequence of recent administrative changes.
