PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) G. SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act by inserting in alphabetical order in that Schedule the following matter:

Police Integrity Commission Commissioner for the Police Integrity
Commission

EXPLANATORY	NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to include a reference to a recently created Department in the list of Departments contained in Schedule 3 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

This proclamation is made under section 45B (1) of the Act.
