I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 (Statutory Bodies) to that Act by omitting the words “ Auditor-General’s Office” and by inserting instead the words “The Audit Office of New South Wales”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to update the reference to the Auditor-General’s Office in the list of statutory bodies as a consequence of the change of name of that office to The Audit Office.
