I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act, by omitting the matter relating to the Public Works Department and by inserting instead the following matter:

NSW. Public Works Director-General of NSW Public Works
