PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in

pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act:

(a) by omitting the matter relating to the Office of Juvenile Justice and by inserting instead the following matter:

Department of Juvenile Justice Director-General of

the Department

(b) by omitting the matter relating to the Office of Justice Planning and Co-ordination.
