PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New
South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance
of section 40 (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 (Statutory Bodies) to that Act by

omitting the following name:

New South Wales Superannuation Office

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclmation is to omit the New South Wales Superannuation

Office from Schedule 2 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 as a consequence
of that Office being abolished on 1 July 1992.
