I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New
South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act by inserting, in alphabetical order, the following words in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Proclamation is to make the Parliamentary Counsel’s Office
subject to the obligations relating to the keeping of accounts and the inspection and audit of those accounts under Division 4A of Part 3 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983. As a consequence of being added to the list of departments in Schedule 3 to that Act, the Parliamentary Counsel’s Office will also be subject to the annual
reporting requirements under the Annual Reports (Departments) Act 1985.
