I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 (Statutory Bodies) to that Act by inserting, in alphabetical order, the words “Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to insert the name of the Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board in Schedule 2 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983. The amendment will make the Board subject to the obligations relating to the keeping of accounts and the inspection and audit of those accounts under Division 3 of Part 3 of the Act.
