PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 40 (1) and 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983,

do, by this my Proclamation, amend that Act:

(a) by omitting from Schedule 2 the words “Waste Management Authority of New South Wales” and by inserting instead the

words “Waste Recycling and Processing Service”;

(b) by omitting from Columns 1 and 2 of Schedule 3 the matter

relating to the Ministry for the Environment;

(c) by omitting from Columns 1 and 2 of Schedule 3 the matter relating to the Office of Education and Youth Affairs and by

inserting instead the following matter:

Ministry of Education and Executive Director of the

Youth Affairs Ministry

(d)	by inserting after the matter relating to the Ethnic Affairs Commission in Columns 1 and 2 of Schedule 3 the following matter:
Office of Juvenile Justice Director of the Office

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to amend Schedules 2 and 3 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 to update and replace references to various statutory bodies and Departments as a consequence of recent administrative changes.
