PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act by inserting the following words in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:

Environment Protection Authority Director-General of the Authority

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to insert the name of the Environment Protection Authority and the position of the Director-General of the Authority in Schedule 3 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983. The amendment will make the Authority subject to the obligations relating to the keeping of accounts and the

inspection and audit of those accounts under Division 4A of Part 3 of the Act.
