PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act:

(a) by omitting the matter relating to the Ministry of Education and

Youth Affairs and by inserting instead the following words:

Office of Education and Director of the Office

Youth Affairs

(b) by omitting the matter relating to the Department of Industrial

Relations and Employment and by inserting instead the following words:

Department of Industrial Director-General of the

Relations,	Employment,	Department
Training	and	Further
Education
