PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New
South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 to that Act by omitting the following

words :

Insurance Premiums Committee constituted under the Workers’

Compensation Act 1926.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to remove from Schedule 2 (Statutory bodies)

to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 the reference to the Insurance Premiums
Committee which was abolished by the WorkCover Legislation (Amendment) Act
