PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New
South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance
of section 40 (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this
my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 to that Act by inserting, in

alphabetical order, the following words:

Board of Governors of the Charles Sturt University.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to apply the requirements under Division 3 of Part 3 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 (relating to the keeping of accounts and the inspection and audit of those accounts) to the Board of Governors of the Charles Sturt University.
