PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to that Act by omitting from Column 1 the words “State Drug Crime Commission” and by inserting instead the words “New South Wales Crime Commission”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to replace a reference to the State Drug Crime Commission with a reference to the New South Wales Crime Commission. The Proclamation is consequential on the State Drug Crime Commission (Amendment) Act 1990 which renamed the State Drug Crime Commission as the New South
Wales Crime Commission.
