PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 to that Act:

(a) by inserting in alphabetical order the following words:

Real Estate Services Council.

(b) by omitting the following words:

Council of Auctioneers and Agents.

Real Estate Valuers Registration Board.
