AN ACT to amend the Public Education Endowment

Act, 1909.

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Public Education Endow- Short title.

ment Amendment Act, 1925, and shall be read as one with the Public Education Endowment Act, 1909, hereinafter referred to as the. principal Act.

2.    Section seven of the principal Act is amended by .Amendment of

deleting the word "building" before the word "leases,''' in 87;1710. 23 of um,

line four thereof, and by inserting after the word "mort-

gage," in line five thereof, the words ".or exchange."
