Short title an .* c' . (1) This Act may be cited as the Public Curator Act Amendment Act 1973. (2) The Public Curator Act 1915-1971 is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Public Curator Act 1915-1973.

Section 21A of the Principal Act is amended by, in subsection (7), adding to paragraph (ii) the following subparagraphs:- 64 (h) On interest bearing term deposit with a bank; (i) With a dealer in the short term money market, approved by the Reserve Bank of Australia as an authorized dealer, who has established lines of credit with that bank as a lender of last resort". 3. Amendment of s. 25. Section 25 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subparagraph (b) and substituting the following subparagraph:- (b) A statement showing a comparison of the total receipts and expenditure during the year ended on the. thirtieth day of June last preceding with the total receipts and expenditure during the year ended on the thirtieth day of June next preceding the firstmentioned year; ".
