1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Public Corporations (South Australian Health Commission) Regulations 1996.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3—Interpretation

In these regulations—

Act means the Public Corporations Act 1993.

4—Application of section 36 to SA Health Commission

Section 36 of the Act applies to the South Australian Health Commission.

Revocation of regulations
