1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Public Corporations (Economic Development Board) Regulations 2002.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3—Interpretation

In these regulations—

Act means the Public Corporations Act 1993.

4—Application of section 12 to Board

Section 12 of the Act applies to the Economic Development Board established by the Economic Development Act 1993.
